Timeless Tales Events will be hosting its Grand Opening Event on October 21, 2017. The event will be held at Playwiki Farm in Feasterville Pennsylvania. Playwiki Farm was chosen due to its beautiful scenery as it is essentially a park. The beautiful scenery was a well needed asset once the theme “Fall In Love ” was chosen for the event. I love the autumn season and wanted to incorporate it into Timeless Tales Events grand opening. When guests arrive they will be welcomed by the crisp fall atmosphere that the farm showcases as the tress surrounding the estate will be in the middle of changing colors. When the guests enter the state they will be greeted by me and asked to fill out a profile information card that will also be their ticket into the free giveaway. Before going back outside, they will be offered either a glass of Fall Sangria or Sparkling Apple Cider and will be given a gift bag that has a list of vendors who are present at the event, a notebook, a pen, Timeless Tales Events Business Card, and a small candy bag for them to take home with them.

 

The guests will then proceed outside out the estate to where the local vendors are set up and displaying what they have to offer. While walking around and meeting vendors, Clients will have the opportunity to walk around and eat the Fall inspired sandwiches and salad provided as well as various drinks including a brew that is dispensed from a pumpkin keg. Future Brides will be given a free hair and makeup consultation and some samples from other vendors.  There will also be a create your own caramel apple station, a hot chocolate bar station, and a decorate your own mini pumpkin station that the guests will then be able to take home with them for the enjoyment of all the guests. Towards the end of the event one lucky winner will be draw from the free giveaway raffle they were entered in at the beginning of the event and will win the prize of a free 3 hour consultation as well as a discounted price of the Timeless Tales Package of their choosing.

Though my clients and their dream events are main priority to my business, philanthropy will also have top level priority. I aim to donate my time and services quarterly to both the Relay for Life and ASPCA organizations. Timeless Tales Events will work to become one of the best and well know Wedding and Event Planning businesses in Eastern Pennsylvania. I will work closely with all of my vendors and make sure that my clients only receive over the top dedication from me when planning their event. Having a personal relationship with my clients and planning their event as if it were my own is most important to me and my business. Overall I hope to plan numerous events that tell their own Timeless Tale.
